The Managing Director, Hon. Anthony Okeah of Rivers State Signage and Advertisement Agency (RISAA) will today in a press briefing, respond to the display of a porn video on an electronic billboard at Garrison, Port Harcourt.
The RISAA has said this unprofessional conduct by an outdoor practitioner will not be taken lightly.
In a brief statement, RISAA has said:
LET IT BE KNOWN, THAT RISAA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REGULATION OF CONTENTS ON BILLBOARDS, AS THAT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY BY APCON.
RISAA IS MANDATED BY LAW TO REGULATE BILLBOARD STRUCTURES IN RIVERS STATE.
RISAA has assured citizens of the state that the visual aesthetic of Rivers State is of major priority to the Agency.
