The senator representing Imo West Senatorial district in the National Assembly, Senator Rochas Okorocha, on Thursday met with President Muhammadu Buhari.
Okorocha met with Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, over his presidential ambition.
According to Okorocha, he informed Buhari about the injustices meted to him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The former governor of Imo state has declared his intentions to run for the Presidency in 2023.
However, shortly after he declared his intention to run for the 2023 Presidential elections, the anti graft agency filed fresh corruption charges against him.
EFCC had filed a N2.9 billion corruption charge against Okorocha, over alleged misappropriation of funds while he was the Governor of Imo State.
