Love, Fear Of God Key To Lasting Marriage – NAN MD Tells Couple 

News Investigators/ The Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Ali M Ali, has advised the bride and groom to allow love and forgiveness to prevail in their relationship in order to achieve lasting marital bliss.

He gave the advice after the wedding Fatiiha of the daughter of Minna Zonal Manager, Mohammad Baba-Busu, Rikkaya, and her groom, Mohammed, held at the Busu community in Lavun Local Government Area of Niger.

Represented by Mr Paul Tsado-Aliyu, Deputy Director, Finance and Head of Accounts, NAN Headquarters, the managing director reminded the couple of the need to communicate effectively with each other and avoid third-party influence in their marriage.

According to him, a successful marital life is achieved through love, understanding, and the fear of God.

The Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, represented by the Jekadan Nupe, Alhaji Baba Yahaya, advised the couple to communicate with each other and allow love and forgiveness to guide their home.

Also speaking, the Managing Director of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (N-HYPPADEC), Abubakar Sadiq-Yelwa, said the calibre of guests who attended the wedding reflected the value of the relationships built over the years by the bride’s father.

Mr Sidiq-Yelwa, who was represented by the Head of Press and Public Affairs, Nura Tanko-Wakili, advised the newly wedded couple to abide by their religious and cultural teachings on marriage to facilitate a happy family life.
