The private residence of the Minister of State for Federal Capital Territory Administration, Dr Mariya Mahmoud, has been razed by fire on Sunday afternoon.
The Network observed that the fire destroyed almost everything in the house located at No. 9, Justice Roseline Ukeji Close, in the Asokoro area of the city.
The media aide to the minister, Mr. Austine Elemue, confirmed the incident on Sunday to the media,
Elume said the cause of the fire outbreak could not be ascertained immediately as it was being investigated.
The intervention of the fire fighter was said to be slow as the fire destroyed everything in the residence.
