Former president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Afenifere leader, Pa Ayo Adebanjo and the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi are currently in Enugu state.

Obasanjo and Adebanjo, who are strong supporters of the former governor of Anambra state were received at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu, by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State.

It was gathered that the Obi, Adebanjo, Obasanjo and other dignitaries are in Enugu for the 70th birthday celebration of the former President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, John Nnia Nwodo, holding at St. Mulumba Catholic Church, New Haven, Enugu.
