A five-storey building at the heart of Oba, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, has reportedly collapsed late Thursday, trapping an unspecified number of people.
Though information on the collapse is still sketchy, information has it that villagers are ill equipped to render assistance to people trapped in the rubble, especially as the building collapsed at night and the darkness made rescue efforts virtually impossible.
