An early morning fire has gutted the Federal Ministry of Finance building located at the Central Area, in Abuja on Wednesday.
The building also houses the Budget Office of the Federation.
Firefighters arrived the building quite early to combat and put out the fire.
The fire affected the basement of the building where the fire started from.
The Network gathered that the fire started from an inverter battery at the basement of the building.

Workers and other people were going about the normal duties after the firefighters timely intervention.
