Bishop Asks Soludo To Shun Religious Politics In Anambra

… Says There is no Anglican or Catholic in the Bible

Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has advised the incoming Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo, not to continue with the “existing religious politics” in the state.
Soludo will be sworn-in on March 17 to take over from Gov. Willie Obiano-led administration.
Bishops Paul Nkwachukwu, a member of the National Advisory Board of PFN, gave the advice at the Alaigbo sunrise prayer crusade held in Awka, Anambra capital.
He said Soludo is God sent to rescue the state from its numerous challenges
Nkwachukwu, who is the founding  Bishop of Grace of God Mission, said Anambra state has been enmeshed in religious denominational politics over the year which according to him was not healthy for the state.
He said the incoming governor must shun and address the ugly practices that have been ravaging governance in the state over the years.
“Religious politics is one of the major problems in the state and there is need to address it frontally. I know that Soludo will address it. In the Bible, there is nothing like Anglican and Catholic or others,” he said.
He also advised the incoming governor not be afraid of religious leaders and traditional rulers if he wants to succeed.
According to him, “Soludo needs our repentance and supports, if we had have supported him to victory , we must pray him to succeed “.
He said Soludo will surprise the world if he shuns religious politics in the state, stressing that he was sent by God to rescue Anambra.Hi
