APC `ll Control At Least 30 States Before End Of 2027 – Aluko

News Investigators/ The Director-General of Progressive Governors Forum (PGF), Folorunso Aluko, says the All Progressives Congress (APC) will control at least 30 states before the end of 2027.

Mr Aluko stated this while addressing the PGF Quarterly Strategy Meeting of Commissioners of Information of APC governed states on Thursday in Maiduguri.

The theme of the meeting is, “FGN Synergy 2025: One Message, One Future”, and was organised by the Forum.

He appreciated the Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum for hosting the meeting and for his giant development strides witnessed in the state.

“It is the Nerve Centre of Coordination for Nigeria’s subnational communication system. We are reviewing progress.

“We are strengthening our strategic posture and aligning every message with measurable impact. And as we look towards 2027, our conviction remains firm. The APC will grow stronger.

“Our states will increase in number and our people will prosper.

“By the grace of God and the will of Nigerians, we are confident that the PGF will rise from today’s 24 states to at least 30 states before the end of 2027.

“Governance is a relay and not ordinary race. Each of us holds a baton in the long journey of nation building.

“As we celebrate here in Maiduguri, let us reaffirm our shared resolve to align state action with federal vision, to speak with one voice, to act with integrity and to serve with renewed hope,” he said.

Aluko urged the commissioners to tell the Nigerian story with truth, amplify the people’s voice with empathy and together, light the path of progress for every citizen.

“Under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu supported by the progressive governors, we shall continue to build a Nigeria that works for all — strong, united and full of hope”.
