Justice Oyebola Ojo, of the Osun State High Court on Tuesday, sentenced the popular Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile, Osun State, Dr Rahman Adedoyin, to death by hanging.
The court ruled that the hotel proprietor was culpable in the murder of Mr Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University.
Justice Ojo passed the death sentence, while reading his judgment during the ongoing trial of Adedoyin and other suspects in Osogbo, Osun State capital.
