News Investigators/ Director-General of APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Abdullahi Yari, says Nigerians will be convinced by President Bola Tinubu’s achievements to re-elect him in 2027.
According to a statement issued by Yari’s Media Office on Saturday in Abuja, he said this in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, where he joined Tinubu and other eminent Nigerians to perform the Muslim lesser Hajj, Umrah.
Yari, also a former Governor of Zamfara, reaffirmed the commitment of the APC-PCC to secure the buy-in of Nigerian electorate for the actualisation of Tinubu’s second term aspiration.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) recalls that Tinubu had, in Saudi Arabia on Friday, said that he had enormous faith in God to be re-elected in the 2027 presidential election.
“I believe that Allah’s wish in His court must prevail, and there is no other God but Allah.
“Allah is the only one who can define a human being, what he will be and what he will become,” the president had said.
Yari, however, noted that Tinubu’s faith in God, his records of performance and the capacity of the APC-PCC to win the hearts of Nigerian electorate would swing votes for Tinubu and ultimately secure his victory in 2027.
“In total, I depend on Allah to do it for him (Tinubu) as he did it for him in 2023. We will campaign and talk to people.
“We will campaign to convince them, to show them what we have done and have achieved, and by God’s grace, they will be convinced to re-elect us,” Yari stated.
