The media aide to the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, has debunked the accident reports on social media involving didn’t not involve in an auto crash along the airport road on Monday morning in Abuja.
Osinbajo was said to have stopped to help rescue the victims of the accident and was not involved.
Earlier reports have linked Vice President as involved in an accident and that his security aides were trying to pull him out of the car.
According to the news reports, Mr Osinbajo’s security aides and rescuers were trying to pull him from the vehicle.

The Network gathered that he was on his way to Ondo for a condolence visit on the massacre of Catholic worshippers on Sunday morning.
But the media aide, Laolu Akande, said the report was false.
According to Akande, the Vice President wasn’t involved in the crash but that he only stopped by to help a victim, adding that the Vice president is heading to the scene of the incident having arrived the sunshine state.
“On his way to the airport this morning, VP came across a road traffic accident, stopped to lend assistance, & ensured victim was taken to the hospital with VP’s convoy ambulance.
“He then proceeded on his trip and is now in Ondo State heading to site of yesterday’s attack in Owo,” the media Aide to the vice president tweeted.
