Two persons were reportedly shot dead in separate attacks at the Soka residence of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, otherwise known as Sunday Igboho and Agugu, Oremeji area in Ona Ara local government area of Oyo state.
Our correspondent gathered that suspected hoodlums arrived the residence of Igboho in a convoy of buses and engaged in a sporadic shoot out with his men.
It was gathered that one person was hit by a bullet during the gun duel between the hoodlums and security aides of Igboho who is currently in detention in Republic of Benin.
The identity of the victim could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
In a related development, a suspected thug, popularly known as Kokoro was killed by the rivals’ bullet at Agugu market in Ibadan North-East Local Government Area.
Kokoro was gunned down on a motorbike by members of a yet-to-be-identified cult group in the area.
It would be recalled that one person identified as Afiz was killed at Oremeji Agugu in a gun duel between Park managers and Federal Boys on Friday in Ibadan.
