TERRORISTS KILL 54, BURN CHURCHES, KIDNAP OVER 15 IN GIWA LGA, KADUNA

In another attack about 54 people lost their lives as terrorists attacked nine communities in Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

Terrorists also kidnapped many people including women and children.

Police Public Relations Officer in the state, ASP Mohammed Jalinge, confirmed the incident.

He, said the command was yet to compile the actual number of deaths recorded during the invasion.

ASP Jalingo said: “We’re still waiting for the full details of the incident from the Divisional Police Officers, Giwa and the Area Commander Zaria.”

Reports say that the terrorists burnt churches, houses and rustled over 150 cows.

According to one resident, the reports claimed that Dillalai village was most affected by the attack. It was gathered that over 13 people were kidnapped.

He explained that the terrorists burnt a Church at Zangon Tama village, all in Giwa local government area.
The Network gathered that the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Shika-Zaria, is full as victims were being taking to the hospital.
