As the contest for the Presidential primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party gets hot the executive governor of Sokoto State and a leading Presidential aspirants, Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal has stepped down his ambition.

The Sokoto Governor stepped down for Alhaji Abubakar Atiku.

Already, three aspirants, Mohammed Hayatudeen and Nwachukwu Anakwenze and Tambuwal have stepped down from the race.
