President Bola Tinubu has departed Abuja for Paris, France, on Wednesday, for a private visit.
Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, made the announcement in a statement on Wednesday.
Tinubu is expected to return to the country in the first week of February.
The nature and purpose of the private visit have not been disclosed, but the trip has sparked interest and speculation.
