News Investigators/ Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, has commended the security forces for their services in ensuring the success of the 2025 Hajj season.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Naif spoke during a meeting with senior officials and security sector commanders in Makkah on Monday.
Prince Abdulaziz praised the unity, sincerity, and dedication of the security and military personnel involved in the Hajj operation.
The minister extended greetings and congratulations from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the personnel involved in implementing the Hajj security plans.
He acknowledged the leadership’s directives in providing necessary means and ensuring coordination among government and security bodies, which led to the successful implementation of the approved plans.
Abdulaziz emphasised that the security forces’ work reflected a deep sense of national and religious responsibility, honoring the privilege of serving pilgrims.
The security forces involved included members of the Ministry of Interior, the Presidency of State Security, and supporting military agencies from the Ministry of National Guard, the Ministry of Defence, and the General Intelligence Presidency.
