Obiedients Take Over Abuja as Thousands March for Peter Obi

Thousands of supporters of the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, staged a massive rally in Abuja on Saturday.

The pro-Obi supporters who refer to themselves as Obidients marched from the Unity Fountain to the Moshood Abiola National Stadium amidst heavy security.

While operatives of the Nigerian police provided security for the supporters, the men of the Federal Road Safety Corps ensure that the long procession was orderly.

The supporters composed songs and danced to songs in support of their candidate, saying he remains the candidate Nigeria needs in 2023.

They chorused their demands for good government, stable power supply in the country, security, and end to killings in the land.

They said that it is the turn of the youths, of the country in 2023 to control the Presidency. “Awa Lokan, Naija Lokan, youth lokan.”

Obi’s supporters had besieged several cities across Nigeria such as Yenagoa, Abakaliki, Onitsha and others where they rallied in support of his ambition.

Obi a former Governor of Anambra State State will the 2023 presidential election alongside Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party.
