The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has won a polling unit in O55 Keke Abimbola, Ago, Lagos state.

Peter Obi garnered 122 votes, while his closest opponent, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, pulled 9 votes.

But the situation is not the same in other parts of Lagos where voters intimidation and disenfranchisement was reported.

At a polling unit, number 071 Dowen Dowen College Lekki, Adebayo Doherty Phase 14, in the polling unit, there was no sign of officials of INEC.

The policemen and observers were said to have left the polling unit when the INEC officials did not turn up at the polling unit.

In another polling unit at Iba Housing Estate, suspected political thugs locked out voters, screened and granted access to only supporters of a party party as alleged in  a viral  video.

“They locked the gate; they if you are not voting for APC, you cannot come in.

If you are not APC, you are not allowed to come in. So we don’t know what is happening in this country.” A protesting female voice said in a video.
