Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has reportedly lost his first son, Kambilichukwu Edochie.
Vanguard reported that Kambilichukwu Edochie suddenly became unconscious and was rushed to the hospital where he passed on.
The report quoted a sister to Yul’s wife as having said that the boy read all night while preparing for his examination scheduled for Wednesday.
“After his exam in school, he joined his mates to play football and he developed a seizure and was rushed to Mother and Child Hospital. All efforts by the doctors to resuscitate him proved abortive,” she added.
The unfortunate incident is coming almost two months after Yul Edochie and his first wife May celebrated the 16th birthday of the late boy.
“A very happy 16th birthday to my first son, Kambilinachukwu Leo Yul-Edochie. May God lead and protect you always. With many more happy years. Daddy loves you.” Yul wrote on his Instagram page.
