MASSIVE CROWD RECEIVES APGA DELTA CENTRAL SENATORIAL CANDIDATE, OMARUAYE IN SAPELE

•••AS UNENURHIE, SAPELE, OROGUN, COMMUNITIES ADOPT CANDIDATE 

 The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Delta Central Senatorial candidate, Mr. Peters Omaruaye, has been adopted by three communities of Unenurhie, Sapele, and Orogun communities.

Peters Omaruaye, the APGA candidate was received by a massive crowd at Sapele and the Unenurhie, Orogun communities ahead of the 2023 National Assembly senatorial elections.

The was received by his teeming  supporters during  his visit to  Royal Father, the Okparuku of Orogun kingdom and Unenurhie community.

At the palace of His Royal Majesty Omoefe Ozenikpe, Okparuku of the Kingdom of Orogun, Mr. Omaruaye officially launched his campaign and presented his ambition for royal blessings. 

Omaruaye, accompanied by his entourage, including the House of Assembly candidate, Sir Clement Ikpere, and the House of Representatives candidate, Olorogun Ekorhi Daniel, told the Royal father why he was contesting the senatorial seat.

According to Omaruaye, he had contributed to the development of the people and the country at large adding that  his past contributions to the success of the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, is an evidence of his patriotic engagement in the development of the senatorial zone. 

He asked for the votes of the people of Orogun and the entire Sapele communities.

Responding, His Royal Majesty Omoefe Ozenikpe, who receive Mr. Omaruaye and his entourage, blessed them and wish them well in their endeavors. 

The Royal Father acknowledged the important role that Mr. Omaruaye had played in the past and wished him success in his future endeavors.

At a nearby village of Unenurhie, Mr. Omaruaye was adopted as the choice candidate for the senatorial zone.

During the town hall meeting with the stakeholders, Mr. Masion Peter, the community chairman, welcomed the APGA candidate and identified him, as the community’s best option for the 2023 elections. 

He praised Omaruaye’s effort and dedication and pledged to deliver the votes for the APGA in the coming elections.

Earlier, Omaruaye was a guest at a book launch, titled “7 books” written by the Bishop of Sapele Diocese, His Lordship Rt. Rev’d Dr. Blessing Avwenayeri Erifeta (JP) at Christ Anglican, Pro-Cathedral in Sapele,

on Sunday.

The event, which was presided over by Pastor Godwin Akpovie, was graced by eminent sons and daughters of the senatorial zone.

The Governor of Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, was represented by the Secretary to the Delta State Government, Chief Patrick Ukah. 

The Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, and his Social Democratic Party, SDP, counterpart, Chief Kenneth Gbagi, were also in attendance. Also in attendance was RT Hon Rev. Fracis Waive.
