The Independent National Electoral Commission has released the authentic list of senators- elect for the 10th Senate.
However, the list published by the commission excluded eight Senatorial districts where it said supplementary elections will be conducted.
The senatorial districts are Enugu East, Kebbi North, Plateau Central, Sokoto East, North and South, Yobe South and Zamfara Central
The ruling All Progressives Congress retained majority of seats in the red chambers with 51 seats, the opposition Peoples Democratic Party got 27 seats while the Labour Party had seven seats in the February 25, 2023.
Also, the New Nigeria Peoples Party had three seats; Social Democratic Party, two seats while the Young Progressives Party and All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA have one seat each.
