All Progressive Congress Anambra State Chapter has described as fake a set of figures circulating on the internet without signature purported to be the party’s primaries results in the state.
The Publicity Secretary of the party, Okelo Madukaife made the disclosure on Wednesday in Awka.
He affirmed that the figures did not emanate to the state APC primaries which did not hold and for which the party look forward to the Caretaker National Executive to choose a new date within INEC timetable.
According to him, leader of the party in the state and Minister of Labour & Employment, Sen (Dr.) Chris Nwabueze Ngige has proposed Tuesday June 29,2021 for the repeat primaries.
“We recommend that it should be considered.
“In the time being, the figures should be discarded and discontenanced as they are figments of fertile imagination, with potential of being fatal,” Madukaife said.
