Group Celebrates Tinubu’s Bouquet Of Achievements On Brazil State Visit

News Investigators/ The Tinubu Media Volunteers (TMV) have applauded the numerous achievements of President Bola Tinubu from his state visit to Brazil

‎This was after the President sealed and signed a Bilateral Air Service Agreement (BASA) with his Brazilian counterpart, President Luiz Lula Da Silva, amongst other agreements.

‎In a statement signed by their Chairman, Chukwudi Enekwechi, and Secretary, Segun Ogedengbe, the group argued that the agreement will enhance stronger economic integration, improve trade and tourism between both countries and facilitate cultural ties.

‎TMV said: “We consider the agreement as a strategic milestone by the President Tinubu administration to expand Nigeria’s global partnerships by creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

‎”It is also noted that the Brazilian government has committed to establishing an airline services center in Nigeria, thereby positioning the country as a hub for airlines in Africa.

‎”Apart from the aviation sector, President Tinubu also secured agreements with Brazil in other sectors like agriculture, infrastructure development, and the oil industry.

‎”We are also glad that the giant Brazilian oil company, Petrobas, has concluded plans to reenter the Nigerian business environment, which they left about five years ago. Definitely, this move is a result of the Tinubu administration’s disposition to facilitate businesses in Nigeria.

‎*We therefore commend President Tinubu for enhancing a future of mutual growth and development between Nigeria and Brazil.

‎”The state visit, which saw the Brazilian military mounting a guard of honour to welcome President Tinubu, also had the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, who signed the BASA agreement with his Brazilian counterpart, Mr. Silvio Costa Filho and other government officials in the delegation.”

‎The group added that the state visit has come with a bouquet of goodies for Nigeria, which will help rejuvenate the economy.
