The Federal High Court sitting at Awka has affirmed Engr. Chris Azubogu as the APGA candidate for Anambra South 2023 Senatorial Election.
The judgment followed a matter brought by Young Progress Party (YPP) against the nomination of Azubogu and the primary that produced him which was held in Awka.
The Court ordered YPP to pay Azubogu N1 million.
