••• CALLS FOR PRAYERS FOR NIGERIA

By John Ugo, Awka

A popular Prophet Godfrey Gbujie and Ministerial Leader of World Zionist Union, South-East Nigeria has warned those opposing the 2023 ambition of the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr.Peter Obi to be steer clear of their plot against him.

He said that Obi’s ambition and the massive support by youths and many Nigerians for his Presidency is not ordinary.

Also, he called for intense prayers ahead of next year’s general elections.

Gbujie who made the call on Sunday during a press conference in Awka the Anambra’ state capital warned that Nigerians might witness surprises due to the level of problems that would engulf the country.

He said, “The level of problems we are recording now will be a child’s play to what we shall happen next year, let everyone pray and prepare because things might not be easy.”

The 67-year-old cleric who hails from Akabo Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo, noted that blood of the innocent killed and cries of millions deprived of justice are before God.

He lointed out that since May 29, 1995 that the country had moved three steps backward due to sins, noting that everyone regardless of tribe and creed must join in the prayers.

Gbujie had before this year’s presidential primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) predicted that former governor of Anambra, Mr Peter Obi would emerge the candidate of PDP.

But Obi later defected to the Labour Party where he is now flying the flag as presidential candidate, a situation that shocked the man of God

Gbujie said that Obi has strong spiritual forces backing his 2023 presidential aspiration.

“What is happening around Peter Obi ahead of 2023 presidential election is not ordinary and everybody, especially, those in authority should be very careful.

“I am saying this because nothing happens accidentally in the religious, economic and socio-political realms. The hand of God is behind what is happening around Peter Obi, especially the support from the youths.”
