BUDGETS N19.76trn FOR 2023
President Muhammadu Buhari is set to present his last budgetary proposal of N19.76trn for the 2023 Appropriation Bill to a joint session of the National Assembly on Friday.
The President in a letter informing the two chambers of the Federal parliament was read by the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan at plenary on Tuesday.
In the letter, the President told the federal lawmakers that he would be at National Assembly by 10:am to address the joint session and present the fiscal document.
However, Lawan informed his colleagues to meet on the temporary chamber of the House of Representatives by 9:am on Friday.
