Bandits operating in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State, on Saturday invaded a community and abducted over 80 in one attack, on Friday morning at about 8am.
Also kidnapped were two female undergraduate students of the Federal University Gusau, in Zamfara State.
It was gathered that the abducted children, were of ages of 12 and 17, and were abducted while fetching firewood in the bush.
The reports say that the gunmen surrounded the children before marching them into the forest.
