APC GOVS ARRIVE PRESIDENTIAL VILLA FOR A MEETING WITH BUHARI OVER NAIRA REDESIGN POLICY

Some of the governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress have arrived the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock, Abuja for a meeting with President Muhammad’s Buhari on the raging issue of the implementation of the Naira redesign policy of the Central Bank.

The governors are unhappy with the deadline of February 10 for the circulation of the oks denominations of the 1000, 500, and 200 notes in the country.

 The governors who have arrived at the State House include Nasir El-Rufai (Kaduna) Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Abdullahi Ganduje (Kano), Bello Matawalle (Zamfara), Abubakar Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), and Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), and others.
