APC Appoints Plateau Gov, Lalong, Presidential Campaign DG

The All Progressives Congress APC has appointed the Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong as it Presidential Campaign Director General for the 2023 general elections.

The National Chairman of the party, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, made the disclosure to State House Correspondents on Thursday, when he visited the President with the Party’s Presidential Candidate and running mate, Senator Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima respectively.

The APC National Chairman also said that the leadership of party also appointed the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo spokesperson for the APC presidential campaign council in interim capacity.

Adamu said that the APC decided to appointed Lalong to lead the campaign council because of his ability to deliver.
