The Presidential Election Petition Court has announced the consolidation of the petitions filed by Peter Obi, Atiku, and APM.

The  decision was revealed during the reading of the pre-hearing report by the chairman of the court’s five-man panel, Justice Haruna Tsammani.

The decision means that all the petitions will be heard together as one case.

The chairman further disclosed that the hearing of the consolidated petition is set to commence on May 30, 2023.

As the proceedings progress, written addresses will be adopted on August 5, 2023, paving the way for the court to prepare for the final judgment.
