Governor of Adamawa state, Mr. Murtala Nyako has been impeached.
The panel probing the 18 count charge of gross misconduct leveled against Nyako and his Deputy, Bala Ngilari, submitted its reports to the Adamawa state House of Assembly yesterday of which the legislator based their action.
Earlier before the axe fell on Nyako, Deputy governor, Bala Ngilari tendered its resignation to the lawmakers to avert the impeachment.
