By Sadiq Umar – The Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, has approved the appointment of Dr. Ezekiel Oseni as the Acting Managing Director for the National Economic Reconstruction Fund (NERFUND).
Dr. Oseni, a former General Manager and Chief Risk Officer at the Bank of Industry was given the mandate among others, to re-position the Organization and to ensure that all outstanding indebtedness are covered.
A statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Dr. Mahmoud Isa-Dutse, said the new acting M.D’s appointment “was made under a management Agreement between the Federal Ministry of Finance and Bank of Industry.”
“The appointment takes immediate effect,” the statement added.
