By Sadiq Umar – The National Publicity Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh, who is standing trial on allegation of money laundry is now on his way to Kuje prison.
Metuh has been in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) since his arrest two weeks ago.
The federal High Court in Abuja ruled on Friday that the PDP spokesman to be remanded in Kuje Prison.
Justice Abang Obong said Mr. Metuh, who pleaded not guilty to the seven-count charge preferred against him by the anti-graft agency, should be moved to Kuje prison pending the determination of the case.
