ABDUCTED MOTHER, THREE CHILDREN REGAIN FREEDOM IN ABUJA 

Three of four siblings of the Ariyo family who were abducted on January 7 at Sagwari Layout Estate, Bwari Area Council have regained their freedom.

A close family source said the victims were released late on Friday.

the source said that the woman and the four children were abducted from their home in the early hours of the evening while their father stepped out to have a haircut.

The kidnappers murdered the eldest of the sisters, Folashade Ariyo, in the presence of the mother to the shock of the nation as part of their efforts to compel ransom payment.

The Network gathered that the family did not pay ransom as the abducted mother and three children were released by the Department of State Service.

An associate of the family confirmed to the Network that the mother and the family have been released and taken to an unspecified location obviously because of the trauma.

The Network gathered that those who regained freedom from the kidnappers are Ariyo Modupe Abiola, Miriam Ayodimeji Ariyo, Folajimi Marvelous Ariyo and Ireoluwatomiwa Ariyo.
