When contacted, the Spokesperson of the FCT Command, Josephine Adeh, a Deputy Superintendent of Police said the police has not alerted anybody of security threat in Abuja or anywhere.

Adeh advised people to go about their lawful duty without fear.

However, she said that the police had made a lot of deployments just to be proactive.
