The Nigerian Correctional Service, NCS, on Monday, confirmed the release of the former Governor of Plateau and Taraba States, Senator Joshua Dariye, and Taraba State Governor, Jolly Nyame.
The FCT Spokesperson for the NCS, Chukwuedo Humphrey, confirmed the release of the former governors from Kuje prison
Recall that the two ex- governors were granted pardon April 14 by the Council of State, Chaired by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).
The pardon attracted public outcry and condemnation.
