FG OBTAINS COURT ORDER TO HALT PLANNED LABOUR’s INDUSTRIAL ACTION 

The Federal Government has obtained an order from the National Industrial Court, to halt the planned industrial action of the Nigeria Labour Congress over the removal of the Petroleum Subsidy and the unprecedented increase in the fuel pump price.

The organized Labour had scheduled the industrial action for Wednesday, June 7z 

The Network investigation revealed that the court granted the order to restrain the Labour movement from embarking on the action in resigned to an ex parte order filed by the Federal Government.

Meanwhile, a high powered team empaneled by the Federal Government  engages Labour leaders on the contentious issues.
