By Sadiq Umar – The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says it has discovered yet another large sum of money at a location in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The agency said its operatives uncovered about $38m, N23 million and £27,000 from the house.
The anti-graft agency said the discovery was made possible by a whistleblower who hinted the Commission of the money.
It is however unclear if the ownership of the huge sum of suspicious amount has been determined.
Earlier on Monday this week, the EFCC operatives uncovered €547,730 and £21,090 as well as N5,648,500 at a Bureau de Change operator in Balogun Market, Lagos.
