By Dipo Awojobi – Men of the Nigerian Army have apprehended Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Kenneth Kobani.
Kobani was arrested for alleged stalling the distribution of electoral materials at a polling unit in his area during the rerun election.
According to reports reaching us, the Rivers SSG was at a RAC centre on Saturday morning and allegedly caused an unrest.
He was picked up by the military and taken away.
It could not be confirmed as at the time of filing in this report if the military authorities have handed the suspect to the police.
