News Investigators/ A Federal High Court in Abuja has again ruled in favour of Victor Giado, as the acting national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Mr. Giadom’s claim to the acting chairmanship position of the party was rejected yesterday following the appointment by party’s national working committee (NWC) of the national vice chairman, south south, Hilliard Ettah to the seat to act on behalf of the deputy national chairman, south, Abiola Ajimobi.

But Justice S. U. Bature of the FCT High Court, Thursday granted Mr. Giadom the enforcement order. The court also directed the National Vice Chairman of the party, Salihu Mustapha to act as the National Secretary of the party pending the determination of the substantive motion as filed before the court.

In the two orders, the APC was restrained from preventing Mr. Giadom from performing or continuing to act as the national chairman of the party.

Until the orders are vacated, the Senator Abiola Ajimobi led group represented by the national vice chairman (south-south), Hilliard Etta may have lost legitimacy.
