A source disclosed that Bankole had arrived the anti graft commission’s complex around 11am on Monday, January 31, 2022.

He was was said to have been invited by operatives of the agency over alleged diversion of 50 percent of funds paid to him by the National Hajj Commission, and an additional $900,000 USD, for the airlift of pilgrims in 2019.

He allegedly received the funds as mobilization fee but did not execute the contract.
