Akeredolu Returns Home After Medical Treatment Abroad

News Investigators/ Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state has returned to his office duty at the Alagbaka Government House, Akure, Ondo State after receiving medical treatment abroad following a failing health condition.

The governor, it was learnt, returned on Sunday after recovering from an undisclosed health conditions which took him to Germany for treatment.

Earlier media reports said Mr. Akeredolu suffered worsening health condition, though, the nature of the sickness remained unknown.

News Investigators can authoritatively confirm that the governor is back on his feet hale and hearty.

Only recently the governor reportedly issued a statement condemning the All Progressives Congress (APC) decision to macrozone the presiding officers seats in the National Assembly to Senators Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State and Barau Jibrin (Kano) as Senate President and Deputy while that of the House of Representatives was zoned to Tajudeen Abass (Kaduna) and Benjamin Kalu (Abia) respectively.

The vocal governor, sources said suddenly relapsed and was unable to walk but was carried into an aircraft and flown to Europe.

Recall that the Governor an ally of newly sworn in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was conspicuously missing in the build up to the inauguration of the president.

Meanwhile, it was further gathered that the absence of the governor created disenchantment in the state over inability of the governor to hand over to his deputy.
