The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Adamu Abdullahi, six of the party’s governor and
former National Chairman of APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole are in crucial secret meeting on Wednesday.
The meeting is ongoing at the national secretariat of the party in Abuja for harmonisation of the composition of the presidential campaign council with Senator Abdullahi Adamu-led National Working Committee NWC.
It was gathered that the governors present at the ongoing discussion are the those of Ondo,Kano, Jigawa, Plateau, Niger and Nasarawa States, respectively.
The party which confirmed the meeting in a tweet did not give details about the agenda of the meeting.
“Led by the APC National Chairman, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, members of the National Working Committee are currently meeting with the Progressive Governors’ Forum accompanied by leadership of the Presidential Campaign Council at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja,” the party tweeted.
