By Nuel Suji – The Senate President Bukola Saraki has announced that the senate will commenced consideration of the general principles of the 2018 budget next Wednesday.
Mr. Saraki who made this known Thursday said the 2018 Appropriation Bill would be referred to the Appropriations committee for further scrutiny and action on Thursday November 23.
President Muhammadu Buhari had last week laid before the Joint Session of the National Assembly a budget estimate of N8.6trillion being Appropriation Bill for 2018, urging for expeditious passage.
