The Presidency has announced the appointment of a new Director-General for the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)

President Goodluck Jonathan announce the appointed Mrs. Roli Bode-George as the D.G of NDLEA yesterday in a tweet by Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati.

Abati wrote, “Mrs Bode-George takes over from Mr Olufemi Ajayi, who is now the Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF).

“The appointment is with immediate effect.”

Until her latest appointment, Mrs Bode-George, served as federal commissioner with the National Population Commission NPC. She graduated from University of Benin and proceeded for higher degree at the University of Liverpool, UK. Roli had her secondary education at the Federal Government College Lagos.
